We opened in June 2024 and had a wonderful first year at 626 Main Street in Bolton, MA. Thank you so much for the overwhelming community support!

Bolton Dance Center welcomes all students who love to dance.

Our instructors are active members of the dance community with a lot of knowledge and experience to share.

Our goal is to provide an excellent education in a variety of dance styles to students of all levels.

We strive to create a dance community of encouragement, proper training, and fun.

Monique Dorian
Owner/Teacher

Monique Dorian has been dancing her entire life, performing for over 20 years, and teaching since 2001. She studied dance, training in Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Lyrical techniques, at UMASS-Amherst where she attended master classes by Paul Taylor, Parsons Dance, Mark Morris, Alvin Ailey 2, The Martha Graham Company, and more. Monique also studied and performed modern dance at Hampshire College and attended workshops at Jacob’s pillow.

Monique taught a variety of dance styles at The Movement Center in Acton, Massachusetts for 8 years before moving on to Setting the Barre Dance Academy in Concord, Massachusetts for 13 years.

Monique taught Lyrical, Contemporary and Jazz at The Studio in Brookline for 11 years. She also taught Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop and Cardio Barre at Attitudes Dance and Fitness for 3 years, and she was invited to teach for Boston Ballet’s Summer Dance Workshop as a guest instructor in 2011.

Monique has studied with U.S. Latin/Ballroom champions and renowned coaches Jose DeCamps, Diana MacDonald, Marianne Nicole, Edward Simon, and Chris Johnston. She continues to study in the Boston area and has attended annual teacher training conventions with Tremaine Dance.

Monique Dorian received her Dance Studio Owner certification in 2023. She lives in Berlin, Massachusetts with her husband Rob, son Leo, and their four pets named Maximus, Milo, Charlie, and Biscuit.

Lindsay Caddle LaPointe
Teacher

Lindsay Caddle LaPointe is a dancer, teacher, choreographer, videographer and an award-winning video editor. She received her bachelor of arts degree in Dance/Performance from Roger Williams University and her master’s degree in dance and technology from The Ohio State University’s department of dance.

She has taught dance at The Ohio State University, Ohio University, Muskingum University and Regis College. Currently she teaches dance and film classes at Dean College.

She has been dancing and collaborating for Peter DiMuro/Public Displays of Motion since 2014, which has brought her to perform at the Institute of Contemporary Arts, Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, The Rose Kennedy Greenway, GIBNEY, Pontine Theater, The Dance Complex, and The Boston Center for the Arts.

When Lindsay isn’t dancing, she is running her video productions company Linden Tree Productions, supporting the arts through video.

Anna Olson
Teacher

Anna has a BA in early childhood education. She started dancing at the age of three and hasn’t stopped since.

She was a student at Dance Time in Bedford, Massachusetts and a member of their competitive dance team. After graduating high school, she continued her passion for dance and became a choreographer and member of the Worcester State Dance Company. Anna taught dance and assisted with the competition team at Attitudes Dance and Fitness in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Currently she is an infant teacher at Bright Horizons and is passionate about combining her love of dance with her love of early childhood education!

Daniella Molinaro
Teacher

Daniella Molinaro started dancing at Medway Dance Authority in Medway, Massachusetts, when she was three years old. Her love and commitment for dance flourished while attending MDA as a student for 15 years. Some of her experiences include traveling to Universal Studios and Disney World for performance opportunities, as well as being a teacher’s assistant for three years.

Daniella is now studying at Dean College to earn her B.A. as a dance major with a minor in Psychology . In addition to being a full-time student, she has been teaching Jazz and Lyrical dance classes at MDA since September of 2022.

Daniella is truly devoted to dance. She believes it is a way to express oneself, especially when one cannot find the right words. She hopes to inspire her students to find an outlet for themselves while dancing, just as she did years ago.

Brittany Johnson
Teacher

Miss Brittany has been dancing since she was 10 years old. She started her dance journey at Gardner Danceworks starting with the genre HipHop/Jazz then moved on to a different studio, Just Dance! Performing Arts Center where she added on every genre. Genres including Ballet, Ballet Technique, Tap, Contemporary, Theater Jazz, and Hip Hop. She continued to study dance at Dean College as a dance minor and has her degree in the fine arts. She expanded her dance career at Dean by studying Improvisation, Pilates, Ballet, Modern, Tap, even choreography & rhythm classes. Miss Brittany loves working with kids and is currently and employee of The Little Gym where she continues to seek growth in confidence of younger kids. As a dance instructor, Miss Brittany wants to see each child succeed and have fun!

Melissa St Cyr
Teacher

Miss Melissa has been dancing since 3 years old. After high school she attended college, studying dance as well as psychology. Since then she has taught for various dance studios in Massachusetts, including DWA in Upton where she currently teaches several classes. Melissa ran her own dance school in Princeton, MA for eight years.

Miss Melissa’s favorite styles to teach are jazz and contemporary, and her favorite age to teach is the little ones! She has taught all ages and styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, contemporary, and musical theater. Dance is all Melissa has loved to do since a very young age, and she continues to share that love and passion with her students.

Miss Melissa is a mom of two. When not teaching dance you will find her at a dance event supporting her daughter or at the hockey rink cheering on her son.
