Important Dates, Events & Closures
Classes run from early September to mid May.
Our first day of class is Monday, September 8, 2025.
Costume fees are due December 1, 2025.
Our recital will be in early May.
All BDC students are expected to participate in dress rehearsal and recital.

Closures
Bolton Dance Center follows the Nashoba Regional School District Calendar. When NRSD is closed, BDC is closed with the exception of professional days. Here is the list of days we are closed during our 2025-2026 dance season.
• October 13, 2025 - Indigenous Peoples Day
• October 31, 2025 - Halloween (Students may wear costumes to class the week before Halloween!)
• November 11, 2025 - Veteran’s Day
• November 26-November 30, 2025 (Wednesday-Saturday) - Thanksgiving Break
• December 24, 2025-January 4, 2026 (Monday-Thursday) - December Break
• January 19, 2026 - MLK Jr Day
• February 16-22, 2026 - February Break
• April 20-26, 2026 - April Break
Regarding snow and other weather cancellations, we also follow NRSD public schools, but will use our discretion in the event of afternoon and evening storms. If there is early release, we will be closed. If afternoon and evening activities are closed, we will be closed. Make-ups for weather emergencies will not be scheduled, but students are welcome to try another class if it works for their age and schedule. Everyone will be emailed, and our Instagram and our Facebook page will be updated during weather emergencies.
